Conclusion:
anti-3-18F-FACBC PET/CT was more sensitive than 111In–capromab pendetide SPECT/CT in the detection of recurrent prostate carcinoma and is highly accurate in the differentiation of prostatic from extraprostatic disease.

Sonographic Twinkling Artifact for Renal Calculus Detection: Correlation with CT [Ultrasonography]

Conclusion:
While renal twinkling artifact is commonly associated with nephrolithiasis, this finding is relatively insensitive in routine clinical practice and has a high false-positive rate when 5-mm unenhanced CT images are used as the reference standard.
